At Dope Goose, we stand by the quality of our products and want you to love your purchase. That’s why we proudly offer a 30-day return policy on all products that meet our eligibility criteria. We understand that print-on-demand products require a high level of care and quality, and while this means returns are generally only accepted if there's a defect or issue, we’re here to ensure your satisfaction.


Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

We are happy to provide refunds or replacements if:

✅ The Item is Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective

  • If the item you received has a defect, was damaged during transit, or is incorrect, you may be eligible for a full refund or replacement.

  • Please initiate the return within 30 days of purchase to qualify.


Conditions for Return

  • The item must be in its original, unused, and unworn condition.

  • All items must be returned in the original packaging, including any tags, labels, or accessories.


Print-on-Demand Policy

As all of our items are custom printed on demand, we can only accept returns for products with a clear defect or issue. Due to the personalized nature of print-on-demand, returns for other reasons (such as a change of mind) are not eligible.


Return Process

To begin the return process, please contact us at info@dopegoose.com and include the following:

  • Your name and order number

  • A detailed description of the defect or issue

  • Photos of the item showing the defect or damage

Once we review your request, we will notify you if your return is approved. Approved returns will include instructions for how to proceed.


Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error

  • Requests made after 30 days from purchase

  • Custom or personalized items without defect upon arrival

  • Sale items, which are final sale and non-returnable


Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed promptly, with the credit applied back to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or card issuer to process the refund.
